We are delighted to host our very first YOGA AND COOKING RETREAT AT BALLYMALOE COOKERY SCHOOL with the wonderful yoga instructor, Molly McKeever.
Friday 11th-Sunday 13th September €795 per person (all inclusive)
Come and join us for a weekend of all things healthy for the mind and body. You will deepen your yoga practice, eat delicious nourishing food, learn to cook fabulous healthy and revitalising recipes and enjoy our relaxing Courtyard Cottages, Organic Farm and Gardens.
The cookery demonstration will show you a number of healthy and nutritious recipes which you will get to cook yourself in a practical hands-on session in the kitchen and then enjoy in a convivial atmosphere that evening.
Yoga and meditation workshops will be led by Molly McKeever. Molly has completed trainings all over the world, starting in Mexico and finishing her latest intensive under Dylan Werner in Austria. Opening her very own yoga studio in Dublin at a very young age, Molly has developed a strong teaching style that aims to empower her followers to be confident in their bodies strengths and to push to explore maximum mental agility.

4.30pm - Tour of the Organic Farm and Gardens with Darina Allen
5.30pm - Welcome circle and The Power of Thought Meditation with Molly McKeever
7pm - Drinks Reception followed by Supper
Saturday 12th September
8am- Ballymaloe Cookery School Farm Breakfast
9am- Find Your Flow Yoga and meditation. This class will cater to all levels of yoga and provide you with the space to explore your body’s unique strength. Together we will move through a dynamic vinyasa style class with a goal of full body connection Molly McKeever
2.30pm - 4pm Cookery Demonstration
4pm-6pm- Hands -on Cooking
6.30pm - Supper
Sunday 13th September
8am - Ballymaloe Cookery School Farm Breakfast
9am- Explore your limit yoga and meditation. Even in setting ourselves goals, we too often limit ourselves within the boundaries of what we believe is truly possible. This Class is one where we get to discover the limitless possibilities available to us when we transcend the confines of our mind and surrender toward our true strength.
1pm - Lunch
