Lucy is the author of five books, two of which are multi-category Amazon #1 bestsellers, in the UK and US. Former food columnist and contributing editor at JUNO magazine, her baking blog, The Queen of Puddings was short listed for Top 50 UK Food blogs by My Taste.co.uk. Her food writing has been published in Roots:  a BlogHer anthology of food writing, the Guardian and Modern Mum magazine.

She is Darina's personal blogging consultant and teaches blogging in the UK and Ireland. She was a speaker at the 2013 Ballymaloe Lit Fest on Food Writing for the Digital Generation.
