Our Volcano Guarantee
The volcano erupting under the Eyjafjallajokull glacier, in Hvolsvollur, Iceland is causing great disruption across europe, we had difficulty ourselves when several of our students were unable to arrive at the cookery school on time to start our 12 week certificate course. Thankfully they all arrived by the end of the first week and have settled in now.
The recent return of the ash cloud and some continuing chaos has promted us to give our Volcano Guarantee.
If you cannot attend a course due to flight cancellations resulting from Ash from the Icelandic Volcano then
- You may transfer your full course fee to attend a course at a different date.
- In the event the student is unable to attend a future course, we will provide a full refund to the student.
- Simply let us know by phone the day before the course starts if this affects you.
