New School of Restaurant and Kitchen Management
Blathnaid Bergin who teaches our 12 week course students a two day course on 'Running a Restaurant' is soon to open a new school offering a selection of courses on Restaurant and Kitchen Management.
Her 12 week course includes a week in Ballymaloe Cookery School to learn the basics in the kitchen.
