Lindsay recently started a bakery business in Chicago - The Pink Cottage Pastry, she bakes and sells scones, jams, cookies, cupcakes and other pastries for farmer's markets. Everything is made with Kerrygold butter! At her first market she sold out of everything except 4 cookies. Brilliant!
