Lynda Booth completed the 12 Week Certificate in 1985 and went on to open the Dublin Cookery School, winner of Ireland's 'Best Cookery School' in the Irish Restaurant Awards in 2013 and 2015.
Lynda earned her stripes as a chef in some of the world's best restaurants and keeps her skills sharp by returning to professional kitchens regularly.
She published her first cookbook 'From Lynda's Table' in 2013, which was shortlisted for the 2014 'Cookbook of the Year' at the Bord Gais Energy Irish Book Awards. It was also made it to the finals of the World Gourmand Cookbooks Awards.
Lynda's first love is teaching.
