Never made a loaf of bread in your life, or pretty competent with soda bread but would like to experiment with yeast? Or maybe you've mastered both. Well, we've got something for everyone and more during this busy 2.5 day course. White, brown and fruit soda breads and rolls, plaits, knots, breadsticks, ciabatta, foccacia and then there's sourdough, the most rewarding of all - and everyone will get some starter to take home!
